What Makes the SNES Superior Over the Sega Saturn?

When the Sega Saturn took the gaming industry by storm back in the mid-90s, we would think that this would be more successful than its predecessor, the Sega Genesis. But when it was available in the gaming markets, it has come to realize that we are wrong. But as the Saturn begins to struggle its way into video game supremacy, Nintendo's 16-bit marvel, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, would continue to dominate the industry not only over the Genesis which is beginning to lose its composure in the console wars, but also over the 32-bit gaming systems that are beginning to prosper during the late 90s. It is like that the SNES is superior over the Sega Saturn in many ways.

Now why would I say that? It is because of various reasons. I would admit that the Saturn is more powerful than the Super Nintendo when it comes to technical specifications. But when it comes to the best video games and support from gamers worldwide, it seems that the SNES can outrival Sega's 32-bit gaming system until the Sony PlayStation begins to take over. I want you to look at what are the best games that these two gaming systems has that took the world of video games by storm.

Super Nintendo Entertainment System Sega Saturn
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Donkey Kong Country
Final Fantasy III
Chrono Trigger
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals
Tetris Attack
Megaman 7
Castlevania: Dracula X
Doom
Virtua Fighter
Sonic Jam
Sonic 3D Blast
Shining Force III
Guardian Heroes
Sega Rally Championship
Virtua Cop 2
Daytona USA
Duke Nukem 3D
Earthworm Jim 2

These are the games that these systems have released during the era of the Sega Saturn. And judging by these games and others that I have not been mentioned in this list, it is an evident fact that the SNES is more superior amidst the 32-bit graphic and sound capabilities of the Sega Saturn. And this is all because of one game that took the Super Nintendo to the limits, Donkey Kong Country.

So if you are looking for something like "SNES vs. Saturn" or "Super Nintendo vs. Sega Saturn", then you should ignore it because we all know who wins in this unforeseen and unmentioned war.
