When the longest-running daytime show in the country Be Careful with my Heart ended, I did not expect that its successor, the Christmas drama anthology Give Love on Christmas, would ever succeed in television ratings but not as huge as its predecessor. But, you know what, it's fine to know that it is doing well.
Give Love on Christmas is a daytime drama anthology slated for the holidays. It teaches us the meaning of life and lessons on love and family while celebrating the spirit and joy of Christmas. Already featured in this anthology were The Gift Giver featuring Eddie Garcia, Louise Abuel, Aiko Melendez, Dimples Romana, and Carlo Aquino and The Gift of Life starring real-life couple Gerald Anderson and Maja Salvador, which is currently airing. This is another heartwarming project of ABS-CBN's Dreamscape Entertainment Television, the one behind some of the network's sleuth of successful high-rating dramas on Philippine television. And I think that we are beginning to learn something from watching the first two stories.
Now it seems that ABS-CBN, the number one television station in the Philippines, is extending the Christmas celebration until January 2015 as Give Love on Christmas will present its third and maybe the last episode of the said holiday anthology, named The Exchange Gift. Starring KC Concepcion and Paulo Avelino, the story revolves a married couple forcing to have a happy family despite being marred by misunderstandings and unresolved issues. This would certainly be something for those who are happily married to learn something from the story depending on their experience as a married couple and as a family.

Now speaking of Be Careful with my Heart, the number one daytime program on Philippine television in the past two years has garnered a new international recognition, but this time in Vietnam. The series was awarded Best Foreign Drama Series at the 2014 Today TV Face of the Year Awards. It seems obvious that this light-hearted drama series has captured the hearts and tastes of many viewers from different parts of the world, especially in Vietnam. The series was a big hit when it aired on Today TV, one of the largest television stations in the said country that airs Filipino dramas. Eventually, its main stars Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap were named Best Foreign Actress and Actor, respectively. Now you know why even though it ended last November, Be Careful with my Heart remain a big hit among fans worldwide. And that's a fact!!
