If there is one game that can change the way we look at our old gaming systems, it has to be Donkey Kong Country for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

Donkey Kong Country is a game that became a testament to the fact that 16-bit video game systems can still compete at par with new generation consoles in the gaming markets. It was the second best-selling SNES game of all time, with over 9 million copies sold. It was also eventually the fastest-selling video game of 1994 when it was released during the holiday season. The game also spawned its own handhand versions for the Game Boy Color and the Game Boy Advance.
I found DKC to be a good game for any loyal Nintendo fan or retro gamer. It is easy to think that a platformer game like this could outsmart any game with powerful graphics. But, the fact that it is using Advanced Computer Modelling (ACM) for the game's graphics through SGI technology is really a breakthrough that should not be a miss. And that's a fact!!
